Noel Orsborn

Noel Orsborn has an extensive work experience in the beverage industry. Noel started their career in 1996 at E&J Gallo Winery, where they held various roles in sales, human resources, supply chain, and sales management. From 2000 to 2001, they served as the Vice President of International Sales, managing Europe and Canada and working with local executives to develop the California wine business and the E&J Gallo brand.

In 2001, Noel joined Constellation Brands as the Vice President/General Manager, overseeing the U.S. Eastern Seaboard for the world's largest wine company. Noel successfully managed the region until 2011.

From 2011, Noel worked at Wine, Spirits and Beverage Solutions as a Senior Business Leader, collaborating with wineries, distilleries, and breweries on go-to-market strategies. Noel also provided consulting services to M&A companies considering investments in the industry.

In 2017, Noel became the Chief Operating Officer at Hayver, where they served until 2018. Noel then joined Adult Beverage Consulting as a Managing Partner, leading the company's operations until 2019.

Most recently, Noel became the Eastern Region Vice President at First Step Beverage in November 2019.
