Ally M.

Ally M. has extensive experience in the field of admissions and marketing within the recovery industry, currently serving as the Director of Admissions and Marketing at First Steps Recovery since November 2020. Ally also operates as a Personal/Professional Coach in private practice since February 2018. Previous roles include Director of Admissions at Ocean Recovery from November 2019 to December 2021 and at North Bay Recovery Center from May 2013 to February 2018, where significant support was provided to clients and families during the assessment and intake processes. Ally began a career in outreach and business development as the Director of Outreach & Business Development at Hired Power from February 2010 to April 2013, following a position as a Creative Assistant at Draftfcb from June 2008 to February 2010. Educational qualifications include a BA in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and RYT Yoga Teacher Training from Purple Yoga in 2012.
