Grant McCartney

Grant McCartney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Grant is currently the Director of Sales - South Texas at First Stop Health since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Gallagher as a Client Development representative from November 2021 to December 2022. Grant also has experience as an Account Executive at Goosehead Insurance Agency, where they focused on lender/realtor insurance brokerage and performed tasks such as cold calling, forming professional partnerships, and attending networking events. Grant worked at Goosehead Insurance Agency from June 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining Goosehead Insurance Agency, Grant held the position of College Marketing Representative at The Long Drink Company from January 2021 to June 2021. Grant also completed an undergraduate internship at Dell as a Services Sales intern from June 2020 to August 2020. Grant had previous internships at Dell as well, including a role as a Services Operations intern from May 2019 to August 2019. Grant also worked as a Campus Ambassador during that time.

Grant McCartney's work experience also includes a role as a Deli Slicer at Jersey Mike's Subs from January 2019 to April 2019. Grant started their career at Twin Creeks Country Club, where they served as a Member Services representative. In this role, Grant managed and maintained golf carts, set up the golf course, assisted members with their club bags, and performed other related tasks. Grant worked at Twin Creeks Country Club from January 2016 to April 2017.

Grant McCartney attended Texas A&M University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they became an Insurance Agent, specializing in Life, Accident, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance through the Texas Department of Insurance. Prior to that, in July 2020, they completed Sales University certification through Dell Technologies. In June 2020, they also obtained certification as a Social Media and Community (SMAC) Certified professional, also through Dell Technologies.
