Suma Kumaraswamy is an accomplished senior leader in digital products and innovation with extensive experience across the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Products at First Tech Federal Credit Union, Suma leads initiatives to enhance member services in mobile and online banking. Prior roles include Director and Head of Global Experimentation Platform at Barclays, where Suma spearheaded a global innovation team and managed the organization's patent portfolio, as well as Head of Mobile Product & User Research. Suma's experience encompasses digital product strategy at First Republic Bank and Bank of America, where significant mobile app enhancements were achieved.
