Marsha Pearson

Marsha Pearson has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. Marsha began their career in 1978 at Commercial and Industrial Bank as a programmer and quickly moved up to become the Programming Manager. Marsha then joined Boatmen's Bank of Tennessee in 1990 as a Manager, where they stayed until 1998. Marsha joined Bank of America in 1978 as a Project Manager in Change Management. Marsha started as a programmer and was eventually promoted to Data Processing Manager - TN. During their time at Bank of America, they worked on the transition project team to convert Boatmen's systems to NationsBank systems. In 2002, Marsha joined Hilton Hotels Corporation as a Senior Business Analyst and stayed there until 2009. Marsha then joined First Tennessee Bank in 2010 as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in Treasury Management Systems.

Marsha Pearson completed their education at West Kentucky Community and Technical College from 1972 to 1974. During this time, they obtained an Associate Degree in Data Processing, specializing in programming.
