Markus Butts

Markus Butts is a Metro Atlanta based Commercial Real Estate practicioner who focuses on Tenant Representation, Advisory, and Brokerage. A former operator of an internationally recognized real estate franchise, he brings over 12 years of experience as a Managing Broker, Realtor, and Investor.

Mr. Butts is also a member of the Dekalb County Planning Commission where he represents constituents in zoning, sketch plat approvals, and other land use matters. While he services a variety of commercial real estate needs, he has developed a strong reputation for his superb abilities in the Special Purpose Property realm.

Markus has received numerous appointments and serves his community in variety of ways including, but not limited to, Past Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the east Metro Board of Realtors, Boy Scout leader, and as a Board Member of both the Stewart Education Foundation, Inc. and the YMCA Academies. He is an active member of the Greater Travelers Rest Baptist Church where he serves on the Deacon's Ministry. Butts resides in Central Dekalb with his wife Sonya and their 3 children.
