Jenna Percy

Jenna Percy has a diverse work history in the financial sector, starting as a Service Representative at Envision Financial in 2014 and progressing to roles including Executive Assistant to the President. Jenna then transitioned to First West Credit Union, holding various positions such as Administrator, Team Lead, and ultimately reaching the role of Senior Operations Lead. Throughout their career, Jenna has demonstrated leadership and operational expertise.

Jenna Percy attended Dr. Charles Best Secondary from 2008 to 2011. Jenna obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2022.
