Emily Gardner

Emily Gardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community reinvestment and compliance, currently serving as a Senior CRA & Fair Lending Analyst at First Western Trust since June 2017. In this role, Emily develops and administers the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program and oversees Fair Lending Compliance. Previous positions include Credit Compliance Administrator and Loan Administrator at First Western Trust, as well as a promoter for AEG Live and an operations intern at Dixie Brands Inc. Emily's career began with significant entrepreneurial achievements, founding Top Notch Fingerboards, where impressive sales led to recognition as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Information Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
