Sushila Sahay

Sushila Sahay has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Sushila is currently the Global VP of Customer Success at LiveRamp since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at Chainstarters starting in April 2022.

Sushila has also served as a DEI Advisory Board Member at Vantage Point since June 2020 and as the Co-Chair, CEO Alliance, Founding Member at FirstBoard.io™ since June 2020.

In terms of their experience with Lightbend, Inc., Sushila held multiple roles, including Chief Operating Officer from May 2021 to December 2021, Executive Vice President of Cloud and Business Operations from January 2020 to December 2021, Executive Vice President of Operations from October 2019 to December 2021, Executive Vice President since July 2012 until December 2021, and Vice President of Customer Operations & HR from August 2013 to October 2019. In this position, they were responsible for various aspects of the business to ensure customer and employee success.

Before joining Lightbend, Sushila worked as Sr. Director of Customer Operations at Typesafe (now Lightbend) from July 2012 to March 2013. Sushila was responsible for go-to-market and customer management activities.

Furthermore, Sushila Sahay has worked as Director of Account Management at Mashery from January 2011 to July 2012. Sushila has also held the position of Director of Mobile Channel & Client Success at MyBuys from June 2009 to January 2011. Additionally, they have experience as Director of Operations at Organic, Inc. from July 2007 to June 2008.

In 2021, Sushila also gained experience at Oracle, serving as the VP of Business Operations for NA Cloud and Technology Sales from December 2021 to September 2022.
