Shannon Bell

Shannon Bell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation. Currently serving as the EVP and Chief Digital Officer at OpenText since September 2023, Shannon oversees IT and digital systems, data platforms, and corporate cloud operations. Prior to this role, Shannon was the Senior Vice President of IT and Digital at Rogers Communications, managing technology strategies and ensuring budget accountability. Shannon's career also includes key leadership positions at Amdocs, Bridgewater Systems, NewStep Networks, and MetaSolv Software, where notable achievements include spearheading technology transformations and driving significant product developments. Shannon holds an MBA from the University of Surrey.
