Keaton Leikam

Keaton Leikam has a diverse work experience highlighted by roles in various companies. They started their career at Computronix in 2010 as a Software Engineer and quickly advanced to Lead Developer, working closely with clients to drive business results. They were also responsible for performance improvement projects and the data conversion process for the State of New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. In 2017, Keaton became a Support Desk Engineer and Team Lead at Computronix, overseeing support desk operations and leading a team of six personnel. In 2018, they founded a recognized nonprofit organization called You Don't Fight Alone (YDFA), focusing on eliminating the stigma of mental illness through strategic planning, market research, and the development of a successful podcast. Currently, Keaton works at FirstClose as a Software Support Manager since 2022 and will assume the role of Director of Support in 2023.

Keaton Leikam obtained a High School Diploma from Rampart High School in 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Oracle SQL Fundamentals from Oracle, Microsoft Intro to Programming with Python from Microsoft, Microsoft Software Development Fundamentals from Microsoft, and CX Academy Emerging Leaders from Computronix.
