Deandra Williams-Lewis

Deandra Williams-Lewis currently serves as the Director of Ethics & Compliance at FirstEnergy since August 2021. Prior to that, Deandra held various leadership roles at ReliabilityFirst Corporation, where Deandra was responsible for driving organizational culture, providing legal guidance, overseeing human resources, and managing corporate services. With a background in law and extensive experience in compliance and contracts management, Deandra has also worked at GE Lighting, SoBran, Inc., KPMG Advisory, and other entities, demonstrating a strong focus on regulatory compliance, legal counsel, and contract negotiation. Williams-Lewis holds a JD from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hampton University.
