Karolyn Tibayan

Karolyn Tibayan, M.Ed. is currently the Director of Community Operations at firsthand. Prior to their current role, Karolyn served as the Director of Office of Opioid Safety at The MetroHealth System and as a Senior Medical Educator at MetroHealth Medical Center. Karolyn's experience also includes roles as a Coordinator in Medical Education and Intervention Specialist in various educational settings. Karolyn holds a Master of Public Health degree from Baldwin Wallace University, a Masters of Education in Teacher Leadership from University of Phoenix, and a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University.
