Sandra Brown

Sandra Brown currently serves as the Director of Project Development at FirstLight Power, a position held since January 2022. With a rich background in renewable energy, Sandra has previously worked as a Senior Project Development Manager at Ameresco from February 2019 to January 2022, focusing on the development of solar, energy storage, and renewable natural gas projects. Before this, Sandra led the technical services group at BlueWave Solar from January 2015 to December 2018, managing large-scale solar asset interconnections and regulatory compliance. Sandra's career began at The Cadmus Group, Inc. as an Associate in the Renewable Energy Group, providing technical expertise for various renewable energy contracts from May 2006 to December 2014. Sandra holds a BA in Economics, International Economics, and Art History from Emory University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
