Juan R Gonzalez, MBA, is an accomplished information technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at FirstLight Federal Credit Union since April 2023, Gonzalez previously held the position of Utility Assistant Chief Information Officer at El Paso Water Utilities Public Service Board, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations and cybersecurity. As Chief Information Officer at Emergence Health Network from August 2015 to October 2022, Gonzalez managed strategic planning and resource procurement for information management systems. Additionally, Gonzalez served as Vice President of Information Technology at TFCU - El Paso, beginning in March 1999 and progressing through various roles to enhance enterprise IT systems.
