Niki Lanoue Frier has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Niki started their career at Four Oaks as a Youth Counselor, where they used Trauma Informed Care to work with high-risk children. Niki also taught life and coping skills to school-aged children and ensured medication compliance. Niki then joined Southeast Iowa Case Management as a Targeted Case Manager, providing support to individuals in need. Niki later worked at Caring Hands & More as a Program Director, focusing on managing programs and services. Niki then moved on to IMPOWERFL as a Dependency Case Manager, working with families and providing case management services. Niki subsequently joined Red Lion Jobs, Inc as an Employment Specialist, assisting individuals in finding suitable employment opportunities. Currently, Niki is the Director of Operations at FirstLight Home Care, overseeing operations and ensuring the delivery of quality care.

Niki Lanoue Frier obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they received a certification in Dependency Case Management from the Florida Certification Board. Additionally, they obtained a Supported Employment Specialist certification from the Training Resource Network, Inc. in 2019.
