Remi Caron

Remi Caron has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Starting in 1998 as a Network Administrator for the Maine Community College System, they then moved on to become a Network System Engineer at ValCom Maine in 2000. In 2003, they became a Regional Manager of Professional Services at CBE Technologies, which was later acquired by ValCom Maine. From 2006 to 2009, Remi served as a Key Account Manager at The Gores Group, which had acquired CBE Technologies. Remi then joined GWI in 2009, where they held various roles, including Director of Operations from 2009 to 2010 and Director of Channel Partner Sales from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at GWI, focusing on developing comprehensive communication solutions. Remi's most recent role is Senior Director of Carrier Sales at FirstLight Fiber, where they have been working since 2017.

Remi Caron attended SMTC from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an AAS degree in Computer Technology.
