Lloyd Kagin

Lloyd Kagin is a seasoned investment banker with extensive experience in commercial real estate and diverse financial sectors. Currently serving in Originations & Underwriting at First National since 2014, Lloyd specializes in debt financing for various commercial real estate asset classes, particularly in hospitality. Prior to this role, Lloyd founded ROGO Capital and 1st BridgeHouse Securities, providing financing solutions for small and middle-market companies across multiple industries while developing robust investor relationships. Lloyd also held leadership roles at Viscogliosi Bros., Securities Brokerage Consultants, HeavenlyDoor.com, and Josephthal & Co., where responsibilities included strategic development, sales, marketing, and operational leadership. Lloyd earned a BA in Neurophysiology from New York University and has further educational credentials from St. George's University and the Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
