LaToya S. has extensive experience in management and supervision across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Strategy at FirstPoint, Inc. since February 2021, LaToya oversees operations related to freight brokerage and driver recruitment. LaToya also co-owns JB & LB LLC since November 2017. Prior roles include Supervisor at LabCorp from January 2015 to January 2018, focusing on the Unbillable Department, and Technical Support Supervisor at CGS, where LaToya addressed technical support issues for IBM customers. Additionally, LaToya has a history of leadership at Firstpoint Resources, where responsibilities included training and quality monitoring of customer service representatives from 2008 to 2014. LaToya completed education at Liberty University from 2013 to 2016 and studied at ECPI University.
