Isadora Badi

As Vice President of Marketing, Isadora leads a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to bringing the FirstService Residential brand vision to life. Collaborating with all areas of the business and with each region in which they operate, Isadora drives innovation and impact across all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives in North America.

Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Isadora built a career in marketing and brand strategy from her home country of Brazil to organizations in Italy, Germany, the UK and the United States. Isadora served in senior roles in Fortune 500 companies in the areas of real estate with Sotheby’s International Realty, and hospitality with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Isadora has an MBA from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and advertising from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. She is an avid reader and traveler who enjoys experiencing new cultures, and her work is greatly influenced by curiosity and a passion for learning.
