Brad Hastedt

Brad Hastedt is an experienced business development executive specializing in artificial intelligence and generative AI. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development for Generative AI at Firstsource since November 2024, Brad previously held the position of Director of AI Business Development in the DataForce Division at TransPerfect, where responsibilities included leading new business initiatives in AI dataset solutions for notable clients such as Amazon and OpenAI. In addition to roles at Veresai as an Advisor and as an AI Evangelist at BHConsulting, Brad contributed to product management and go-to-market strategies at Lymba. Brad co-founded Open Look Business Solutions, directing operations and developing outsourced solutions, and has held leadership positions in sales and marketing at Beckett Media, KJAER GROUP A/S, and Ford Motor Company. Brad holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on Sports Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
