Dax Lopes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience leadership. Currently serving as CX Leader to the CXO Suite for Enterprise Transform at Firstsource since October 2022, Dax previously held the position of Vice President at [24]7.ai from October 2020 to October 2022. Prior roles include VP of CX Transformation at Sitel from June 2019 to October 2020 and Executive Vice President of Sales for BPO & Digital Services at Teleperformance from July 2006 to May 2019. Dax Lopes holds an MBA from Concordia University and completed education at St. Mary's High School from 1980 to 1990.
