Prabhu Sethuraman

Prabhu Sethuraman is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Firstsource since September 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the Intelligent Automation delivery. Previously, Prabhu held the position of Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions from October 2003 to August 2020, focusing on driving strategic deals exceeding $50 million, leading automation strategies, and mentoring future automation professionals. Prabhu was also a founding member of Cognizant's Intelligent Automation practice and played a key role in enhancing the firm’s standing in industry analyst rankings. Early career development began as a Programmer at Ramco Systems from July 2000 to September 2003, specializing in ASP and J2EE applications. Prabhu holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Loyola College.
