Becky Patterson

Becky Patterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative and customer support roles. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Xperate since January 2022, Becky demonstrates strong skills in human resources, payroll, and customer service. Previously, as Deputy Support Manager at Tikit from July 2011 to November 2020, Becky effectively managed a Business Support team and enhanced departmental procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Earlier roles include Helpdesk Co-ordinator and Application Support Analyst at Tikit TFB Limited and TFB plc, respectively, where responsibilities included coordinating support teams and providing guidance on software. Additional experience encompasses positions as Helpdesk Administrator at Avenue Legal Systems Limited and Financial Accounts Clerk at One Stop Community Stores, as well as Travel Consultant at Going Places. Becky holds a high school diploma from Oaklands R.C. School, completed in 1992.
