Sandy Roll

Sandy Roll is a seasoned professional in client services and strategic accounts, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Firstsource since January 2021. With extensive experience at MedAssist, a Firstsource company, Sandy has held various roles including Director and Account Executive, focusing on customer satisfaction and contract fulfillment. Sandy began a career in client services in 1990 and has held positions ranging from Client Services Supervisor at HHL to Client Services Manager at Revenue Production Management and Argent. Additionally, Sandy has been an active member of South County Toastmasters since February 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Truman State University, and a HFMA Certification (CRCR) completed in 2023.
