Graham Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Graham currently works as a Sales Consultant at FirstWave, where they utilize FirstWave's Intelligent Network Management and IT Audit software to help organizations worldwide optimize their network investment and enhance the customer experience. Prior to this, Graham held various positions at IBM, including Director Global Technology Services - IBM Digital Sales - Asia Pacific, where they led a team of sales professionals responsible for driving growth in IBM's Global Technology Services business.
