Madhukar Sahay

Madhukar Sahay is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Senior Director of IT Security at FIS since July 2002. Throughout this tenure, Madhukar has successfully led large-scale programs, developed strategic IT transformation plans, and managed diverse responsibilities, including project operations and client engagements. With expertise in IT service management and a strong focus on operational efficiency through ITIL practices, Madhukar has played a vital role in stabilizing programs and enhancing client services. Prior experience includes a lecturing position at Elphinstone College, and Madhukar holds two Master of Arts degrees in Geography from the University of Mumbai.
