Grégory Boerio

Head of Solutions Engineering at Fischer Connectors SA

Grégory Boerio has diverse work experience in project management and engineering roles. Starting with Fischer Connectors in 2005, they worked as a Test Engineer. At Applied Materials from 2009 to 2012, they served as a Test Engineer and later as a Process Technology Project Manager. At Leclanché SA from 2015 to 2018, Grégory worked as an Engineering Project Manager, overseeing battery system projects in the Marine and Automotive industry. Returning to Fischer Connectors in 2018, they held various roles including R&D Project Manager, Custom Solutions Manager, Cable Assembly Solutions Manager, and currently, as the Head of Solutions Engineering. In these positions, they have been responsible for managing complex projects, evaluating business opportunities, developing customer solutions, and creating strategies to improve customer experience and efficiency.

Grégory Boerio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Microtechnique from HEIG-VD, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. In 2003, they also studied Microtechnique at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2003 to 2005. Boerio received their BAC degree in Physique et Math from Gymnase de Morges, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Ecole Prégymnasiale from 1996 to 2000.

In terms of certifications, Boerio completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Examination Workshop at RBS Projects LTD in 2014. Grégory also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2015. Additionally, they obtained the certification in "Management Pratique" from Valeur Plus SA in June 2020. In 2013, they received a White Belt certification in Six Sigma.

In 2011, Boerio attended Applied Global University for training in Project Management (PLMP).
