Nicholas Festa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical operations and software engineering. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Technical Operations at Fischer Identity since September 2017, Nicholas provides visionary leadership, develops operational strategies, and manages a diverse team of technical professionals. Previous roles at Fischer Identity include Director of Professional Services, IGA Delivery Architect, IAM Architect I, Implementation Engineer II, and IAM Solutions Engineer. Prior to that, Nicholas was the Lead Bartender at Longhorn Steakhouse and completed a software engineering internship at CrossXColor, Inc., where a color management application was designed and implemented. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, obtained in 2017.
