Janam Shah

Janam Shah has extensive work experience in analytics and business analysis. Janam currently holds the position of Head of Analytics at Fisdom since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Innoviti Payment Solutions as a Senior Manager Business Analytics from April 2019 to October 2020, and as a Lead Data Analyst from December 2015 to March 2019. Janam also worked at BELITA as a Growth Wizard for a brief period from August 2015 to December 2015. Janam's earliest work experience was at Infibeam.com, where they worked as a Business Analyst from July 2013 to August 2015. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated proficiency in managing teams, identifying process gaps, designing solution architecture, monitoring revenues, and optimizing processes to achieve cost savings and improve customer experience.

Janam Shah completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Indore, between the years 2009 and 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Competitive Strategy from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) München, Microeconomics Principles from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and The Global Business of Sports from the University of Pennsylvania.
