Samantha Debellonia

Samantha DeBellonia serves as the Director of Human Resources at Fiserv, where responsibilities include being a Human Resources Business Partner for the Global Sales Organization since March 2020. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Human Resources Manager at First Data Corporation from June 2018 to March 2020, progressing from Human Resources Analyst and HR Intern, participating in internal meetings and addressing employee concerns through new HR software. Samantha’s earlier experience includes a Marketing Intern position at PulsePoint, where the focus was on targeted audience engagement for healthcare marketers, and a Sales and Marketing Intern role at Commencement Flowers, specializing in floral services for graduation events. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Labor Relations, as well as Psychology from Rutgers University.
