Caroline Shaw

Caroline Shaw has a diverse work experience in the esports industry. Caroline is currently serving as the Director of Esports Recruitment and Success at Fisher College since August 2023. Prior to that, Caroline worked as an Esports Consultant and Overwatch and Valorant Observer at the National Esports Collegiate Conference. Caroline also held the positions of Director of Game Operations, Overwatch Game Manager, and Overwatch Talent Manager during their tenure at the organization. In addition, Caroline has worked as an Esports Freelancer and an Esports Producer and Observer at Great Lakes Gaming. Before transitioning into the esports industry, Caroline worked as a Barista at Starbucks from June 2019 to November 2020.

Caroline Shaw earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Esports Management from SUNY Canton between 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Psychology from Northern Essex Community College from 2019 to 2021. Caroline'ssecondary education was completed at Central Catholic High School, where they received a High School Diploma from 2014 to 2018.
