Jeremy Phillips

Jeremy Phillips has extensive work experience in the real estate and property management industry. Jeremy has worked as the Director of Business Development at Fisher German LLP since November 2016. In this strategic and operational role, they handle business development across various markets in the UK. Before that, they were the Head of Estates Management at Carillion, where they provided strategic property asset management and real estate management services to both public and private sectors. Prior to Carillion, Jeremy was the Head of Estates and Property at Arqiva Ltd, where they managed a large corporate and operational estate comprising thousands of sites and millions of square feet of property space. Jeremy also worked as the National Estates Manager at National Grid Wireless and as an Associate Director and Land Agent at CKD Kennedy Macpherson Limited. Jeremy began their career as an Assistant Land Agent at Strutt & Parker, where they managed rural estates and handled land sales, lettings, purchases, and valuations.

Jeremy Phillips attended Malvern College from 1984 to 1989. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree or studied a specific field during their time there. Subsequently, they pursued a BSC (Hons) degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management from Harper Adams University, graduating in 1994.
