Richard Broome has a range of work experience starting from 1997. Richard has worked as a Sales Consultant at Beswick Paper, where they managed office issues and handled client sales in the paper industry. From 2002 to 2004, they also set up a new office and warehouse facility at Beswick Paper. Richard then joined Fisher German LLP in 2007 as a Chartered Surveyor, where they handled valuations, sales of rural property, and provided rural property advice. Richard later took on the role of Head of Infrastructure Maintenance and Management, overseeing the management of underground fuel pipelines. In 2014, Richard became the Managing Director of LSBUD, a joint venture between Fisher German LLP and PelicanCorp, responsible for an online utility enquiry service. Richard also served as a Steering Group Member for the Utility Strike Avoidance Group, where they were involved in reporting and business planning. Richard's most recent role was as the Head of Infrastructure Services at Fisher German LLP, a position they held from 2016 to 2021.
Richard Broome attended Monmouth School from 1995 to 2002. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or study a specific field. Later, from 2004 to 2007, they attended the Royal Agricultural University where they earned a 2:1 degree in Rural Land Management.
