Tom Dennes

Tom Dennes has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Tom has held various roles in different companies, including Fisher German LLP, CPBigwood, Savills, Knight Frank, and Strutt & Parker.

At Fisher German LLP, Tom has served as the Head of Auctions since 2023. Prior to this role, they were an Associate Director specializing in the sale of quality cottages, houses, farms, and estates in South Warwickshire into the Cotswolds. Tom held this role from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining Fisher German LLP, Tom worked at CPBigwood as the Head of Residential Agency from 2010 to 2014. Tom was also the Head of Office at Stratford and Solihull for Savills from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they held the position of Partner at Knight Frank's Stratford Office from 2001 to 2006.

Tom's career in the real estate industry began in 1989 at Strutt & Parker, where they worked in the London Agency division, specifically at Barnard Marcus, Chesterton, and Strutt & Parker, until 2001.
