Jessy Collazo

Jessy Collazo is a seasoned professional in sales recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving in the Sales Capability role at Fisher & Paykel Appliances since February 2021, focused on enhancing sales performance in the US market. Previously, Jessy served as a Talent Acquisition Manager for North America at Recruitment Consultant, connecting companies to top talent across various non-tech roles. Notably, at Twitch, Jessy collaborated with the Global CRO to recruit 90 revenue-generating roles in under a year. As the first US-based recruiting leader at Culture Amp, Jessy successfully onboarded 70 employees into revenue roles, while earlier experience includes significant recruitment contributions at Pandora and leadership roles at Randstad.
