Gerry Perlinski has over 20 years of experience in graphic design, web design, digital marketing, and music. Gerry began their career in 1995 as Advertising Sales Manager for New Review of Records, where they managed sales and interviewed artists, wrote articles and reviews for the magazine. In 1996, they became Retail Sales/Promotions for Guitar World and Guitar World Acoustic magazines, creating promotions and managing the Guitar World trade show booth at NAMM conventions. In 1999, they worked as Brand Manager for Valley Media, Inc., creating promotions to increase stock at video rental chains, and as Marketing Manager for CMJ and Rare Medium, developing marketing plans for websites and managing small marketing staffs. In 2011, they joined the alternative rock band Lost Romance as a musician and in 2017, they signed an endorsement deal with German-based guitar manufacturer Framus. In 2018, they signed an endorsement deal with Fishman Transducers, an industry leader in amplification, effects, and pickups for acoustic and electric instruments. In 2000, they founded Perlinski Design LLC, a successful business which provides digital marketing and lead generation services, including social media advertising, search engine optimization, and content marketing.
Gerry Perlinski attended Immaculata High School from 1986 to 1990. Gerry then went on to Montclair State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing between 1990 and 1994. In 2001 and 2002, they attended the School of Visual Arts for Graphic/Web Design.
