Nathan Hildebrand has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nathan started their career at Wilson Addison, a prominent advertising and media buying agency in Fiji, where they worked as a Deliveries Assistant and later as a Jr Creative Director. At Wilson Addison, they gained valuable skills in brand management, client engagement, and customer service.

Following their time at Wilson Addison, Nathan worked at M&C Saatchi Group as a Creative Director, where they were responsible for coordinating international accounts and leading the rebranding efforts for Air Pacific. Nathan also played a key role in the marketing activities of the Tourism Action Group after the events of 2000.

In 2008, Nathan became the Managing Director of Razor, an advertising and communications agency. Under their leadership, Razor implemented innovative marketing solutions for clients and achieved continuous growth despite a changing media landscape.

From 2010 to 2015, Nathan held the position of Group Marketing Director at CJ Patel Group of Companies, where they oversaw the marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of brands and subsidiary organizations. Their responsibilities included coordinating marketing efforts for various FMCG brands and house brands manufactured by CJ Patel.

After leaving CJ Patel, Nathan established their own creative agency, SP!N Fiji, where they served as the Creative Director and Owner. During their tenure, they successfully managed creative projects and provided strategic direction for their clients.

Most recently, Nathan joined Business Instincts Group as a Project Manager, where they have been involved in the delivery of e-commerce trading platforms utilizing blockchain technology for NFTs in the automotive, film, and music industries. Their role entails managing all aspects of the projects from initiation to delivery, stakeholder management, and team coordination.

Nathan Hildebrand's education history includes a Diploma in Advertising from Macleay College in 2004. Prior to that, they completed Grade 12 at Miami State High School between 1986 and 1990. In addition to their formal education, Nathan has also obtained certifications such as the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in August 2022 and the Google Project Management Professional Certificate from Coursera in August 2022.
