Kate O’Rourke

As the Chief of Party, Kate brings 16 years of global operations and financial management experience to FishWise. Kate plays a critical role in the refinement, design, and integration of organization-wide, cross-division systems and processes to ensure alignment, increase operational efficiency, and maintain the organization’s financial strength. She earned her B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her MURP from Virginia Tech.
