Christian Hellberg

Christian Hellberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christian started their career at NCS Colour as a Project Manager and Production Assistant from June 2007 to July 2011. Christian then worked at Universum, where they served as a Project Manager from October 2011 to August 2012, and later as the Head of Universum Talent Networks from September 2012 to January 2015.

From 2015, Hellberg co-founded and served as the CEO of Wintrgarden until September 2022. During this time, they also held the position of Head of Product at Talent Venture Group from June 2020 to June 2022.

In 2022, Hellberg joined Fiskars Group as an HR Director for Digital & IT until May 2023. Christian then assumed the role of HR Director for Digital & IT | BA Crea from May 2023 to January 2024. Christian is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources, BA Fiskars since January 2024.

Christian Hellberg attended Middlebury College from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Economics & Management at Università Bocconi.
