Kristi Katsma

Kristi Katsma is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Legal - Commercial Affairs at Fisker Inc since 2021, having previously held the position of Vice President in the same department. Prior to Fisker, Kristi worked at HARMAN International from 2019 to 2021 as Senior Counsel for Global Transactions, overseeing legal matters across various business divisions. Kristi's career also includes a significant role at General Motors from 2015 to 2019 as Executive Counsel for Global Purchasing and Supply Chain, where responsibilities included negotiating key agreements related to innovative projects such as E-Bikes and autonomous vehicles. Earlier experience includes serving as a Member at Dickinson Wright PLLC, providing counsel to major automotive clients on commercial and contractual issues, and as an Associate at Carson Fischer PLLC. Kristi holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with minors in English and Commercial Law from Western Michigan University.
