Shawn Vader

Shawn Vader is the current CTO and co-founder at Fiskl Limited. Prior to this, they were a lead development specialist at HSBC Global Banking and Markets from May 2015 to December 2017. Shawn has also worked as a senior software developer consultant at the Royal Bank of Scotland from March 2007 to March 2013, and as a java contractor at JPMorgan Cape Town from October 2006 to January 2007. Shawn began their career as a java developer at Dresdner Kleinwort in November 2004 and stayed there until November 2006.

Shawn Vader pursued a National Higher Diploma and National Diploma, which are equivalent to a BCom, at the University of the Witwatersrand. Shawn also holds a certification from Sun Microsystems in Sun Certified Developer.

They are on a team with Monica Burian - Director of Products, Keith Downer - CEO, Americas & Carribean. Shawn Vader reports to Alina Lapusneanu, CEO & Co-Founder.
