Krista Ratliff

Krista Ratliff holds a Master's degree in Human Resources (MHR) from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Radiobiology from Midwestern State University, alongside several professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). As Chief Executive Officer at FISTA Innovation Park since July 2023, Krista Ratliff leads a diverse team in overseeing operational capabilities and strategic planning, managing extensive research and tenant space projects. Previously, Krista served as President & CEO of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce, successfully guiding the organization through three prosperous years. Other notable roles include Vice President at Bon Secours Health System and Director at El Paso Children’s Hospital, where Krista Ratliff demonstrated expertise in program management, employee engagement, and operational efficiency across various sectors including healthcare and technology.
