Kyle Mahlum has extensive experience in the field of injury prevention services and operations. Kyle started their career in 2010 as a Physical Therapist at Groves WorkReady, specializing in addressing musculoskeletal sprains and strains. In 2012, they became the Director of Operations at Groves WorkReady, where they demonstrated their expertise in providing proven solutions to companies of all sizes. In 2015, they joined Fit For Work as the Director of Operations, overseeing day-to-day onsite injury prevention services throughout North America. Kyle continued to advance within the company, becoming the Vice President of Operations in 2016 and later the Chief Operating Officer in September 2018. In their various roles, Kyle has been responsible for operational efficiencies, continuous process improvement, talent management and development, manager mentoring, program analytic key metric innovation and monitoring, and effective communication process development. Kyle'sextensive experience and leadership have contributed to Fit For Work's reputation as a leading provider of workplace injury prevention services.
Kyle Mahlum has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the University of North Dakota. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and as an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS) from the American Physical Therapy Association.
