Elisa Darnela

Elisa Darnela is an HR professional with experience in operations and technology sectors. Currently serving as HRBP Operations at FIT HUB since May 2023, Elisa is responsible for maintaining over 80 clubs in Indonesia. Prior to this, Elisa worked at Sayurbox from April 2021 to December 2022 as HRBP Technology & Product, specializing in supporting the Engineering, Data, and Product teams across Indonesia and India. In an earlier role at Accelist Lentera Indonesia from February 2020 to February 2021, Elisa managed the end-to-end recruitment process. Elisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Organization from BINUS University, which was completed in 2021.
