Kim Lumpkin

Kim Lumpkin has extensive experience in client services and property management, currently serving in client services roles at GELBGROUP and FitechGelb since November 2020, focusing on Yardi application support, implementations, project management, and training. Prior to this, Kim spent over 12 years at Yardi in various roles, including Cloud Consultant, Senior Project Manager, and Manager of Client Services. Kim's career in property management spans from 1995 to 2007, holding positions as Property Manager and Regional Property Manager while utilizing multiple property management software systems. Educational background includes an Associate of Science in Legal Studies from Fisher College and studies at the University of New Hampshire.
