Before ASSEMBLY, Phil held various roles at Lacoste, including Head of Category and Head of Product, Mainline. In these roles, they were responsible for creating collections for men's, women's, and kids' footwear, ensuring alignment with brand vision and meeting the needs of retail and wholesale customers worldwide.
Phil also worked at Pentland Brands, where they served as Category Manager for Lacoste Men's Footwear, driving the creation and implementation of Lacoste's footwear strategy. Phil successfully navigated a transition from a six-category business to a singular men's collection, resulting in revenue growth. Prior to this, they were a Product Line Manager for Men's Lifestyle Footwear at Puma, overseeing a global business and managing the product creation process. Phil also worked as an Allocator and an Intern at Puma earlier in their career.
Before entering the fashion and sportswear industry, Phil worked as a Store Supervisor and Stock Control Manager at Wimbledon Tennis Retail, where they managed the retail operation for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, including stock allocation and management.
