Nihal Naushad

Nihal Naushad is a Certified Personal Trainer at F45 Training, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Nihal engaged in a Capstone project at Adecco from May to August 2023, focusing on sales prospecting and supporting National Sales Executives within the Corporate Account Management program at Centennial College. From September 2018 to September 2022, Nihal advanced through various positions at EY, including Senior Associate, Lead Associate, Advanced Associate, and Associate. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Marketing Corporate Account Management from Centennial College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Mahatma Gandhi University. Nihal also holds a High School Diploma in Computer Science from the Central Board of Secondary Education.
