Michael Franco

Michael Franco is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Fitler Club since April 2021, following a progression from Director of Operations and Task Force Consultant. Prior roles include General Manager at CORE from April 2017 to May 2020 and Co-Owner at Baril from January 2013 to April 2017. Michael's background also includes significant positions at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group as Captain and at Le Bec Fin Restaurant, where responsibilities encompassed General Manager, Special Event Coordinator, and Sommelier, working under renowned chef Christophe Tassan MOF. Early experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Positano Coast from February 2000 to February 2002.
