Çağatay Demiralp

Çağatay Demiralp has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Çağatay began as a Research Intern at Microsoft Research Cambridge in 2011. In 2014, they joined IBM as a Research Staff Member and worked on projects related to intelligent visual analytics. In 2017, they became Co-Founder of Fitnescity. In 2018, they were a Visiting Researcher at both MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) and Columbia University in the City of New York. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Megagon Labs, where they started several new research projects and managed five interns. Finally, in 2020, they became the Chief Research Scientist at Sigma Computing.

Çağatay Demiralp received their PhD in Computer Science from Brown University in 2012 and then went on to do a Postdoc in Computer Science at Stanford University from 2012 to 2014.
